On Wednesday I attended the Lulu Frost Trunk Show held at the ADAM showroom in the Meatpacking district where shoppers were able to peruse and shop the selection of Lulu Frost jewels, hand picked by ADAM's Adam Lippes. I can honestly say I have never been this impressed with a jewelry collection in a very long time. The 28 year old designer behind the line, Lisa Salzer, designs intricately detailed pieces that I found myself drooling over. Each one of her reworked antique pieces is truly a work of art and it's even better discovering the history behind some of her designs. I absolutely fell in love with the necklaces made from the famous old Plaza Hotel room letters and numbers (pictured below). Lulu Frost is highly collectible and at the same time very versatile- these vintage baubles have the ability to translate from day to night wearable designs. The best part for me though is you sure don't have to worry about someone else having the same necklace or bracelet because each piece is a rare one-of-a-kind.
